Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Whop Milestone AM Portal (also known as the Whop Milestone Portal) handles personal data.

What we collect

When you sign in to the AM dashboard with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile image from Google's OAuth service. We use this only to identify you as an authorized operator and display your name in the dashboard.

When you submit a claim form as a customer, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), shipping address, and clothing sizes (if required by the form). We also store a Whop business ID when one is provided by your account manager.

How we use it

• Shipping information is used solely to fulfill and ship your milestone reward.
• Email is used to send you order status updates (approval, in-production, shipped) and tracking information.
• Google sign-in data is used only to authenticate authorized account managers.
• Aggregate and operational data is used to track pipeline status and troubleshoot issues.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this service:

• Supabase (database hosting)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• EasyPost (shipping rate calculation, when relevant)
• Google (OAuth authentication for operators)
• Whop (the party on whose behalf milestone rewards are fulfilled)
• Carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for the purpose of shipping your item to you

How long we keep it

Submission records are retained as long as needed for customer support and historical lookups. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Security

We use HTTPS for all connections, signed tokens for sensitive operations, and scope database access to what each request needs. No system is perfectly secure; we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
