1. About this service
The Whop Milestone AM Portal (also known as the Whop Milestone Portal, together "the service") is an internal operations tool operated by Canary Canary for Whop Inc. It is used by Whop account managers to send milestone-plaque claim links to Whop customers and manage fulfillment. It is not a consumer product.
2. Who may use the service
Access to the AM dashboard is restricted to authorized personnel with @whop.com Google accounts and a limited set of explicitly-authorized operator emails. Customers receiving a claim link do not need an account to submit shipping information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to (a) attempt to access another user's data without authorization, (b) submit false or misleading information, (c) interfere with the service's operation, or (d) violate any applicable law.
4. Data you provide
Customers submitting claim forms provide their name, shipping address, contact information, and optional clothing sizes. This information is used solely to fulfill and ship milestone rewards. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific shipping timelines, or error-free operation.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
